Associate Pastor of Discipleship and Adult Ministries
Brett is a native of a small town in southwest Nebraska called McCook and was born and raised in a Christian home where he eventually came to know, understand, and accept the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ. Brett attended Nebraska Christian College from 2005-2010 where he met his wife, Nicole. In addition to receiving God’s calling into full-time ministry, Brett also earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biblical studies and Student Ministry. Brett is passionate about personal development and is currently enrolled at Gateway Seminary in the Master of Theological Studies program.
Brett & Nicole have been married and in full-time ministry together since 2008. They spent six years in Omaha, NE before God called them to Salt Lake City, UT where they spent six years as missionaries engaged in campus ministry and helping to successfully plant a new church called Redeeming Life Church. In his free time, Brett enjoys a good cup of coffee, reading, playing music, designing websites, and cheering for the Green Bay Packers or the Huskers. Go Big Red!
Brett and Nicole have two wonderful children: Jonathan (2010) and Madison (2018). As a family, they enjoy movies, board games, and spending time with family in the Des Moines, IA area.
